What ages do you accept?

 

We welcome puppies and adult dogs.  All dogs must be vaccinated for their age.

What does a daycare day involve?

​

You will drop your dog to us and we will be based at our secure site in a peaceful corner of Little Burstead. Our days are calm and structured and we balance play, rest and enrichment to support happy, settled dogs. We provide exercise alongside mental stimulation while avoiding overstimulation.

Is Lucky Pups Essex licensed?

 

Yes. We are a fully licensed, five-star rated facility and fully insured.

How do you keep dogs safe?

 

Our purpose-built facility is secure and closely supervised, with high standards of care, hygiene and handling.

 

Can my dog attend if they’re new to daycare?

 

Yes. New dogs are introduced gradually and at their own pace to help them feel comfortable and confident.

How does booking and payment work?

 

Clients are asked to submit their required dates at least one month in advance so we can organise our diary. Spaces are confirmed once the invoice has been paid. Any additional days are subject to availability.​

When can I drop off and collect my dog?

 

You can drop your dog to us between 7:45am and 10am, and collect anytime from 3:00pm. Monday- Wednesday we are open until 6:15pm and Thursday and Friday we are open until 5:30pm.
